I'm asking about the takodachi closest to Ina for the 1st pic and Kiara's face for the 2nd. I've seen it quite a bit, mainly from hololive thumbnails on youtube.

It looks strangely familliar. Maybe from a Randowis comic?

The closest I've seen to a source of that face is the screaming otaku fan from "Wake Up Girls!" I'm pretty sure this is the source:

I've seen it used a lot in PSO2 and some other Japanese sites or other otaku culture sites.

Seems like a pretty solid match.
