About
Tole Tole Cat, also known as Mei Mei Cat, is a brown cat that achieved virality online in December 2023 and January 2024 on TikTok after a series of videos using the soundbite Moka Chan Oshiete Kureta Irona Mita. The cat was turned into an exploitable meme in early 2024 after users started to edit a video of him running similar to a bunny alongside overlay POV memes and other jokes related to escaping or running from uncomfortable situations. Tole Tole also gained fan art, memes and redraws on Reddit, Twitter / X and DeviantArt.
