Happy Punch Promotions is an influencer boxing promotional company founded by Keemstar and FouseyTUBE in late 2021. Since its inauguration, the Happy Punch social media accounts have been used to share influencer boxing news. Throughout 2022, the company signed a number of influencers as fighters, including iShowSpeed, JiDion, Salt Papi and Sam Hyde.

History

Before it was owned by Keemstar and FouseyTUBE, the Happy Punch name appears to have been owned by a creator named Purzuh, as evidenced by a post on the @HappyPunch TikTok^[1] page on April 17th, 2021. Purzuh currently works as a content manager for the company.^[2]

On August 11th, 2021, FouseyTUBE posted a now-deleted video where he tours Keemstar's house. Later in the video, they attend a fan meet-up and promotional event at a local bar in Buffalo, New York where the two formally announce their new boxing promotion company Happy Punch Promotions. Although the video was deleted and does not appear to have been reuploaded anywhere, the H3 Podcast reacted to it in February 2022 (shown below).

In October 2021, the Happy Punch Clips YouTube^[3] channel began posting influencer boxing news stories, clips and fight recaps. In November 2021, the Happy Punch social media accounts, @HappyPunchPromo on Twitter^[4] and happypunchpromo on Instagram^[5] began posting similar content (examples shown below).

On March 31st, 2022, streamer JiDion was signed to Happy Punch as a fighter.^[6] On April 3rd, Salt Papi was signed to Happy Punch.^[7] On April 11th, Sam Hyde was then signed to Happy Punch.^[8] The announcement on Twitter gained over 4,800 likes in two months (shown below, left). On April 12th, streamer iShowSpeed was signed to Happy Punch^[9] (shown below, right). On April 18th, FaZe Sensei was signed to Happy Punch.^[10] On May 10th, Cia Sunday was signed to Happy Punch.^[11]

On June 6th, 2022, Happy Punch Promotions announced via Twitter^[12] that streamer JiDion had become a co-owner of the company, gaining over 2,800 likes in three weeks. On June 29th, it was announced on Twitter^[13] that Sam Hyde had become a co-owner, gaining over 8,700 likes and 830 retweets in a day (shown below).
