Oh Billy, I'm Really Proud of You is an exploitable comic template created by SrGrafo in which a boy named Billy goes to search something in Google and an FBI Agent monitoring his activity expresses pride in Billy for what he searches.

Origin

On June 28th, 2019, SrGrafo posted the unfinished comic "Billy's Agent," calling it a "template," and gaining over 4,500 points in the /r/SrGrafo subreddit.^[1] In the comic, a boy named Billy goes to search something in Google, though what he's searching is left blank. An FBI agent monitoring his activity says he's proud of him.

Users in the subreddit immediately responded by creating edits which added what Billy was searching. Examples posted there include a post by Redditor Caramel_Toffee^[2] showing Billy searching for e621 and getting attacked by the agent (shown below, left) and a post by pokyto^[3] that showed Billy searching for Google, gaining over 290 points (shown below, right).

Edits began growing popular across Reddit in subreddits such as /r/dankmemes. There, popular posts include an edit by Pringl3boy^[3] which mixed the Disgusted Upvote face, gaining over 15,000 points (shown below, left). A similar edit posted by bluetoothboi^[4] gained over 10,000 points (shown below, right).
